Having access to these gadgets reduces their sleep time. This is because, they are so engrossed in these gadgets that they forget about the time. They even forget that they had to take rest in order to stay healthy and fresh. Children below the age of 14 are required to take proper sleep of about 10 to 11 hours. But due to these gadgets they hardly sleep for 8 hours. Sleep promotes growth, helps heart health, affects weight, increases attention span, and even boosts learning.This all gets affected when they aren\’t having a proper sound sleep.
Even children are use to these machinery and robot so much that whatever they need delivered to them on their beds. As there are food delivery apps so rather than going to restaurant themselves food delivered to their home. Also, online transaction of money is not safe usually. Sometimes, there are online frauds going and once information about account given all the money from their accounts withdrawn. This causes an enormous loss.
